I have used Woody and Heath Contracting and Remodeling Services for several projects at our home, as well as at my parents' home, over the past 3 years. He has helped us with multiple remodeling projects, ranging from repairing and replacing exterior siding to screened porch repairs, removing our old wooden deck, and more intensive projects requiring structural reinforcement, as well as crawl space and joist repairs and replacements. Woody is prompt and responsive in his communication. He is thorough in his inspections and assessments, providing recommendations and explaining the "how" and the "why" behind them as well as. Woody has been an effective project manager on all of the remodeling projects he did not perform himself and his crews have always been reliable, timely, and communicative with the status of their work, and often it has been the same individuals that comprise these crews which is reassuring. Woody routinely conducts inspections of the quality of work being performed throughout each project and again at final completion to ensure quality. We are currently working with Heath Contracting and Remodeling Services on a project to repair and replace some joists and subflooring damaged by a leaking hot water line, and the process has been smooth. My family and I highly recommend and will continue to work with Woody and his team and look forward to future interior and exterior remodeling projects.
