Introduction: I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I am also a veteran who served in the US Army, and now a current NPC/NPA bikini competitor. I have an experience in training soldiers, and getting them in shape and ready for boot camp and to pass the PT tests. I also have an experience working with pregnant and postpartum females; helping women achieve their goals during and after pregnancy. I am highly motivated and I believe that anything is possible once you put your mind into it. I can help you reach your goals and obtain them.
