Throughout the service appointment, the technician appeared to be receiving instructions through his earbuds, speaking continuously with someone as he worked. A new part was installed on my oven, but about a month later, the oven began tripping the breaker every time we attempted to use it. Believing it might be an electrical issue, we hired a licensed electrician to inspect our system. After a thorough check, they confirmed the problem was not electrical. I then contacted Jak Appliance to inform them that we were experiencing the same issue as before—only worse. Previously, the broil function worked; now, attempting to use any setting causes the breaker to trip. When I called the office, I was told the technician would reach out to schedule an appointment. AJ, the technician, did send an initial text message, but after the communication below there has been no further communication. Hi.What the problem men?Every time we try to use the oven it trips thr breakerWe can use broil like Unfortunately, it appears the negative reviews were accurate. Consider this a warning: this company has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional."See more

When a replacement bracket couldn’t be found, the other guy had given up, but Ihor was able to clean and safely reuse the existing bracket and get the sink back to 100%.
