The cleaning was timely and well done. However the high traffic areas in the bedrooms were not noticeably improved for a higher end carpet only 3 years old with usual wear, no specific stains.

My carpets were a complete disaster from pets and kids to everyday traffic!!! Elite Steamers came out and did a fantastic job at removing not only all of the dirt and stains, but the pet odor is gone, too!!! I highly recommend this company ! They are professional, knowledgeable and they will have your carpets looking brand new!!!
