- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $40 per room with a $100 minimum. If you have a carpeted stairwell and hallway, combine those together to make a room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out how many rooms, hallways stairwells there are in the house. Do they have pets. We clean around furniture to we recommend if the homeowners want furniture moved they do it themselves. Then we pick a day and time that works with the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC certified.
