Recently, Pedro from Simless Gutter company was hired for gutter/ leaf guard/drip edge installation , and rotted fascia, soffit, and other effected area, repairs for my current two story house. He did a fantastic job replacing old gutters and addressing significant rot in the fascia and soffit boards. The quote from Pedro was fair, he was prompt and professional on the scheduled installation date, and completed the job in a timely manner. During the process, he discovered additional rot behind the fascia, soffit٫‌efficiently quoted and completed the extra repairs. Pedro was responsive, explained the process clearly, and consulted with me on the options. He is very professional and knowledgeable about gutter/ guard replacement, and rot wood repair. He cleaned all affected area, and removed all old gutters and garbage after the job completion. The pricing for project was reasonable. The new seamless gutters and repaired wood look and function wonderfully. Overall satisfaction with his work is high, and I hire this company again”.

Mike repaired a gutter that had pulled away and was able to assess the state of the boards under it. He also caulked some high spots for me and was nice enough to leave me the remaining caulk to do some lower areas myself. While he was doing the gutter I asked if he could install some gutter filler to block debris and he was happy to do it (even though it was an add on). I would highly recommend him and will be calling him back for future jobs.

Pedro did an awesome job cleaning our gutters, repairing multiples sections of our fascia boards that was damaged by water. He also installed quality 6 inch gutter guards and completed the project in a day and a half. He was very responsive, professional, and an offered reasonable price compared to other estimates received. We would highly recommend Pedro and plan to use him for other projects.

Rigo and his crew at JD&I Seamless Gutters did a fantastic job replacing my Gutters and Fascia Boards. I had old gutters that were disconnecting from the house, which had caused the Fascia and Soffit boards behind the gutters to rot in places. Rigo came out and provided a free quote after I posted the job on Thumbtack. He quoted a fair price for replacing all Fascia around the house, new Soffit in rotted areas, new Seamless Gutters, and new Gutter Guards. He scheduled his crew to perform the work on that Friday. He let me know that once the Fascia was removed there may be more rotten wood behind it, and he would provide a separate quote the day of to perform extra repairs. Rigo and the JD&I crew showed up promptly on the scheduled install date. After removing all Fascia, it was discovered that some of the 2x6 boards behind the Fascia had begun to rot as well, and that Soffit in some other areas had begun to rot. Rigo again quoted a fair price for the additional repairs and the crew was able to perform the fixes that day after picking up some additional lumber. JD&I worked hard for 8 hours to perform all fixes on my home and the new Soffit, Fascia, Seamless Gutters, and Gutter Guards look and perform wonderfully! I highly recommend JD&I as they provide a fair price and high level of work quality.

Pedro was spot on with helping resolve my gutter issue and quickly at that. He contacted me and stayed in touch the day of his arrival which was as scheduled and the work he completed on the gutters and the facia board repair were excellent and I’m very pleased.
