Introduction: My focus is great quality!! Food that looks and smells great but tastes even better! After several years of restaurant experience, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own catering service! Food is my passion and I enjoy cooking! Ashley’s kitchen did an excellent job catering our special event - The food was excellent and Ashley accommodated all of our special requests (gluten free etc) Everything was so scrumptious, plentiful and delectable! Ashley’s catering chafing dishes with the sterno lights was top notch and kept everything nice and hot. All the utensils were included! We ordered the pork chops, barbecue chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese & specialty salad - I highly recommend this catering establishment and will definitely use Ashley’s kitchen again !

My pricing is based off of the customers needs! Pricing starts at/or around $12 a person but will fluctuate depending on the type of menu that is chosen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the restaurant field for 10 years and have done everything from waitressing all the way to management!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook since a school age child watching my grandmother who was a chef for over 20 years!
