I accidentally dropped my ipad on the ground and shattered the glass. I went online to look for local repair shops. Since it was Sunday, most places were closed. Apple wanted close to $300 and for me to make an appointment. The friendly staff at Pro Wireless actually answered the phone and told me to bring it in. It only took 3 hours, and cost me $139! Thank you so much. I will refer all of my coworkers to Pro Wireless.

Wish I could give a negative rating. My friend's screen cracked. Took it to Pro Wireless to have it repaired. They evidently did not put the phone back together correctly because she is now having problems with the phone that she did not have before she took it to them. Took it back last night, and they refuse to repair it. We understand that the parts are not under their 30 day warranty but their labor is. Will never ever go back there for anything.

My Droid screen cracked. Took it to Pro Wireless to have it repaired. They put the phone back together incorrectly and now having all kinds of issues that I never had before. Touch screen doesn't even respond now. Took it back and arrogant Chinese man named Ben asked me for more money.They refuse to repair it. Never use this place. Very rude and horrible people. 180 down toliet. Had to buy a new phone for 600 dollars.
