Tyrone and Never Miss a Spot are fantastic, I would absolutely recommend them for cleaning services! The cleaning service is always thorough and Tyrone is always very happy to accommodate us with specific requests or areas of focus for a clean. They are also incredibly responsive and flexible in their methods of communication, I often have so many emails and can miss updates or questions and Tyrone has been really helpful with sending me a text (with my permission/request of course) to remind me or get an answer when I miss an email. They always work with us to accommodate scheduling when we need to make changes to our regular cleaning schedule, and they even gifted us a sweets basket full of goodies for our staff a few months ago just as a thank you for being customers! Finally, their pricing is very reasonable and makes it easy to add additional cleans when we need to. Overall I would definitely recommend Never Miss a Spot for your cleaning needs!
