Our process begins with understanding each customer’s specific needs, goals, and expectations. We typically schedule a walkthrough of the space to evaluate the facility, discuss priorities, and provide a customized recommendation and quote. Once services begin, we focus on clear communication, consistent quality, and ongoing attention to detail to ensure we continue meeting our client’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of hands-on experience in the professional cleaning industry working with multiple companies and serving a variety of commercial environments. This experience has provided valuable training in cleaning procedures, quality standards, client expectations, and the importance of reliable, consistent service. I’ve applied that knowledge to building Never Miss A Spot (NMAS) with a focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering a consistently high-quality experience for every client.
