- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope pretty straight forward 55.00 for normal repairs plus OEM parts............unless i have to reflow solder on videos chips then slightly higher
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting the customer know the price. not just an estimate , then listen and find out what repair problems, they have, and what steps we can take to repair the device. then once i have the device for service, i do my utmost to have it back to them in a short a timeframe as possible...........I understand how important these devices are to them and that is why I always have the repair finished within that timeframe..or sooner as in most of my repairs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is Always continuing (Con-Ed) is a must you have to do in this business, or you will be left in the dark on some problems...These devices are continually evolving
