I am an interior designer and reached out to David McKeehan because of his great reviews. He has been working on various outdoor projects for a client of mine for well over 2 months and is currently building a 12' x 20' outbuilding with a 4' x 20' porch. I can't wait until it is finished with its carriage house shingles matching the residence.
Within these past 2 months, he has repaired, primed, and restained 2 decks and 6 arched bridges; installed 90 new solar post caps; gave life to an old beat up gardening cabinet; power washed and twice seal coated a 1/4 mile paver walkway around the property and countless other tasks I am probably leaving out right now.
In the course of my 25 year career, I have not met a person with more integrity than David. He really takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customer. He works very efficiently with no tolerance for shortcuts. The job is done the right way or not at all!
I highly recommend him for his master carpentry skills. He has now become my "go to" guy for all work requested in his wheelhouse - which is broad. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I hired DK Building Concepts to remove the old carpeting and replace it with hardwood throughout the entire house. Our schedule was tight to get it done but, as promised, David managed to complete it on time and did a fantastic job!
Everyone who sees the new floors raves about how good they look. Totally transformed the look and feel of the house.
