As a Maintenance Supervisor for the past eight years I have gained extensive experience in appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, door and window repair and drywall repairs. My previous knowledge working as a Foreman for a construction company gives me an advantage in understanding structural design and procedures in developing and constructing new properties. I have completely renovated homes and flipped houses. I have Associate's Degree in HVAC and very strong mechanical background. Srdan is an exceptional professional with extensive skills. In the rehab of my Mom's rental property, we completed three major projects: carpentry, flooring, and a long punch list of repairs to a sadly neglected property. Handyman labor of $65 per hour. I'm a hard worker and I can accomplish a lot in a short time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand that it is a hard process for a homeowner to select online a person that they have never met to complete the task that they need done. My process is simple. Please explain what you need as detailed as possible. I will give you free advice. If it is appliance repair I can give you approximate costs and service required based on the symptoms. For projects around the house, I may be able to give you a bright new idea, or a solution. Even if you don't end up using my services I would be glad to help.
