My name is Jarrod France but I go by DJ Jaypee or Jaypee. I was born and raised in Durham ,NC . I currently reside in Raleigh, NC where I attended and graduated college at NC State University. I am currently the official DJ for the UNC Women’s Basketball Team.
Since my freshman year in college (2015), I have managed to turn my long lasting passion of music into a well known DJ brand in the Raleigh - Durham area . I also have branched out in performed events throughout NC, SC and even events in Miami FL. My DJ resume ranges from events such as weddings , parties , school / campus events , festivals , small events , concerts , open mics , talent / step shows , and much more . A set from me may include Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Top 40 Hits , Gospel and a catalog range to satisfy any genre .

We were looking for a DJ for our corporate Christmas party and DJ Jaypee was the perfect fit. He met with us multiple times prior to our event to ensure he provided exactly what we were looking for. He was very responsive to all my questions leading up to the event. During the event, he played a wide variety of genres, just like we had asked for, and kept people out on the dance floor all night. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate usually ranges from $75-$200/ per hour depending on the event . I am very flexible and understanding of budgets for specific events so I am willing to negotiate .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First , I gather contact information for all parties involved . Then I get on the phone call and discuss pricing , details of event , etc . Then after all details are discussed , a week or couple of days out of the event , I will send a follow up message to confirm the event is still happening . Day of the event , I will confirm what time I will be present and will be punctual and ready to rock your event . After the event , I hope to create a long - lasting relationship.
