FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A telephone call can usually suffice for small venues, however to accurately represent their needs I do encourage a face-to-face meeting to get into the details. Knowledge is key, and as with weddings if you leave out even the smallest facet it can leave a undesirable lasting effect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in commercial radio for 15 years, partnered with a DJ services firm for 5 years, then took time off for college and a professional career. Never fully stepping away, I decided to follow the light and dive back in. With all new equipment and a fresh attitude I'm itching to earn a positive reputation as one of the best in the area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with a partner playing gigs at nightclubs, private parties, weddings, and festivals in the 80's and 90's. There is something to be said about reading the vibe of a crowd and translating it into a dance set that keeps them on the dance floor.
