Alex and Billy were on time, polite, kept me informed, and took time to do the job well. As an extra plus, my dog liked them! The cost was very good as I got a discount for replacing several toilets at once.

We were in a really difficult place that required a very fast solution. I booked Zoom Drain because it had lots of great reviews and didn't charge for coming out to assess. Within a few minutes they were they able to figure out the situation, they gave a quote, fixed the situation and sent a charge breakdown via email to the owner (they were talking through a video chat so the owner didn't have to come out to talk to them in person). Within 45 minutes they fixed the issue. With a 5 year old we just couldn't be without a working toilet. It was a relief to see everything working. The Pros were nice and transparent, a quality that isn't a given any more. So thank you Zoom Drain!

Zoom drain was incredibly responsive and super timely. Came over the very next morning after I submitted a work order to have my garbage disposal replaced - Took maybe 5-10 min to assess, picked up a new disposal and in total, he had the job completed in less than 1.5 hours. Super high quality professional. Will definitely be leveraging his services again!
