Professional, courteous, got the job done, would hire again if ever need an electricIan again. My husband does most of his own electrical work, occasionally though a professional is needed dt work is more complex, like this time.

Inspector identified a potential issue with the electric panel. Gary came out quickly to look it over, verify it was in good working order, but also sealed up the line coming from the meter into the house. Easy and efficient.

I had lost power in part of my house. Gary got back to me quickly and was able to work around my schedule. He was very polite and fixed the problem in a short time. His rate was very reasonable. I have his card on my fridge and will certainly call him if I need an electrician.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service prices range from $400-1200 depending on if you would like just a panel change. An entire new service upgrade and if it's an underground service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would like to meet face to face if possible. Understand your needs and wants. Try to give you the best options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm associated with EAR. Electrical Association of Rochester. I have about 58 credit hours with RG&E seminars and still going. Went to trades school during high school.
