My experience with Michael & Son Services was excellent from start to finish. I submitted a work order through the Thumbtack app and received a response within minutes. An appointment was promptly scheduled for the very next day to assess the work I needed to be completed.
What impressed me most was that the electrician arrived fully prepared to complete the work on the spot, which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated convenience.
The electrician assigned to my home was Jared, and he provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. Although I missed his pre-arrival phone call, he thoughtfully left a voicemail, and I also received a text message with an estimated arrival time, which I greatly appreciated.
Jared arrived with a warm smile, introduced himself professionally, and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the service being provided. I walked him through the various projects around my home, including several aging light fixtures and electrical outlets that had been installed when the house was built 24 years ago and were well overdue for replacement.
Beginning at the front entryway, Jared carefully replaced an outdated light fixture that had clearly reached the end of its lifespan. His workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident in every task he completed. He took the time to answer questions, ensured everything was functioning properly, and left the work areas clean and organized.
I truly appreciated Jared’s professionalism, courteous demeanor, and dedication to quality work. Based on this experience, I would gladly recommend Michael & Son Services to anyone in need of reliable and professional electrical services.
