Michael Oropeza did an excellent job with our electrical problems. We first hired him to fix an overhead light fixture in the kitchen. He came out the same day, evaluated the problem, solved the problem, recommended a different type of lightbulb (which we changed to) and now the kitchen light works perfectly. No more blinking and dimming arbitrarily! The second problem we needed help with was a wall outlet in our family room where the fixture was cracked on both the inside and outside. Once again Michael came out and switched out the old cracked one for a new outlet, and it is working great. The new outlet also has a USB and a USB-C port which we really wanted. In conclusion, I highly recommend Oropeza Electric for any electrical repairs or installations you need. Our home is in North Raleigh.

Extremely unprofessional experience. He committed to arriving at 8:00 AM, and based on that assurance I scheduled another professional afterward, since the electrical work had to be completed before the drywall work could begin.
He did not show up and did not answer my calls. After multiple attempts to reach him, he finally sent a message saying his car had broken down and that he could not come.
As a result, I incurred a loss because the other professional had rearranged and canceled work to prioritize my project. This lack of communication and reliability was highly unprofessional, and I would not trust or recommend this professional in the future.
