Mike has been in the pestcontrol business for years and brought his knowledge and humor to our consultation. Appreciate the time he took to explain how they would be treating our pest problem(s) ... roaches are the primary concern, but wasps, carpenter ants, carpenter bees are making their presence known. Also offered great advice when I asked about cleaning up after a nasty mice infestation. They are up on the latest technology, and treating pests indoors was safe, easy and clean. We signed up for the Little League Pest Defense service, which is reasonably priced and reassuring. Super friendly and super professional, I highly recommend Invicta Environmental Pest Defense.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Invicta Environmental Pest Defense first wants to make sure we are listening to our new customers, that we understand their concerns, and are properly identifying the pest issue. Invicta Environmental Pest Defense will walk them through the services that apply to them, either by phone or in person. If they have specific questions, they can ask our Board Certified Entomologist and Environmental Scientist. When they are ready to choose a service, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense is there to help.
