Wow! I had an incredible experience. From the time I met the sales rep, to scheduling, and install, every step was smooth and professional. One thing I desire as a customer is just making my request and paying for a completed job. Top Rail Fence handled the permitting, calling 811, pictures of materials, and drawings of the project. Tyler, the owner, was personally there to greet me and answer every question. He assured me the job would be done on time and that any issue would be resolved. I felt for everyone working because they found a ton of rock and was still able to overcome. Everyone had a positive attitude. Another moment, when the HOA came to check the work, Tyler intervened and explained to them how every guideline was followed and completed per their request. Finally, the project looks great. I am excited about the work. Thank you Top Rail Fence team.

Great attention to detail. very fast crew. the supervisor was available to answer questions patiently all through the service. did not leave the job site at all. very good with scheduling as well. overall, best experience through out the construction process we have going on. fencing looks beautiful after install. we love the our own oasis. it was very muddy due to continuous rains and construction that is going on, but the crew found a way to work with it. We picked them because my neighbour was getting his fencing done with them at the same time. I am so glad I took a chance with them.definitely recommend Top rail for any fencing needs.

We had a vinyl and aluminum fenceinstalled at both our home and our neighbors home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was flexible, communicated consistently throughout the project, and delivered quality work at a fair price.Gina was especially great to work with. She walked us through all of our questions and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable about the rules and requirements for installing a fence around a pool. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home to hear your vision and measure. We then provide an estimate with images and a drawing of the hat the fence will look like. When you accept the proposal we coordinate an installation date with you then order 811 and material. We show up on time on the day of install and leave you with a beautiful new fence and a clean job site!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Top Rail Fence works with residents of single family and town homes across the Raleigh Durham area. We also partner with local pool and hardscape companies to provide their customer fencing needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently finished a 6’ wood cap and trim fence that was on the Raleigh Parade of Homes. It was just over 300 LF and completed in 2 days. The fence has already been requested at other Raleigh homes.
