- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home to hear your vision and measure. We then provide an estimate with images and a drawing of the hat the fence will look like. When you accept the proposal we coordinate an installation date with you then order 811 and material. We show up on time on the day of install and leave you with a beautiful new fence and a clean job site!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Top Rail Fence works with residents of single family and town homes across the Raleigh Durham area. We also partner with local pool and hardscape companies to provide their customer fencing needs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently finished a 6’ wood cap and trim fence that was on the Raleigh Parade of Homes. It was just over 300 LF and completed in 2 days. The fence has already been requested at other Raleigh homes.
