Over the last several years I've worked with a variety of trainers and after having now met and had my first training session with Rob, I am both eager to train with him again and excited to see where his expertise will take my body. His level of commitment to the success of my workout is one that is unparalleled any other trainer. Being a detail oriented person myself, it was great to see Rob take that same level of pride in his own work. His preparedness allowed me to obtain a higher quality workout in half the time, meaning one hour versus the two I was spending at the gym on my own. Plus - having my entire routine mapped out on his tablet with scheduled (45 second) breaks I felt great knowing that he had planned what we would be working on and not just arbitrarily rattled off exercises that "most girls like to do" like other trainers in the past. He not only introduced me to several new exercises but also corrected postural errors that I had learned from others (and I immediately felt the difference!). At the sake of being too lengthy, I'll just say, On the Brink of Fitness with Rob is where its at, just give it a shot and see for yourself!

Before I started training with Rob, I was satisfied with the way my body looked but had a few areas (butt and belly) that I wanted to target. I had completed 3 half marathons in the past 2 years, and was working out 3-4 days/week on my own without seeing many changes. In just 2 1/2 months of training with Rob 2-3 days/week I have seen significant changes my body and am getting so many compliments! I have never been happier or more confident about the way I look. Rob not only motivates and pushes you, but makes sure you're practicing proper form and getting the most out of your workout. He is a skilled and dedicated trainer, no matter what your goals are I highly recommend him!

I am new to working out and have been impressed with Rob's knowledge of the different routines for the muscles that need to be exercised. If one particular exercise does not work for you, he always has options. Rob always makes sure your body is in the correct position in order to get the maximum benefit out of the exercise as well as to avoid injury. Rob will help you meet your goals whether you are new or seasoned to the work out world. His goal is to help you meet your goal.

Rob Brinkley is an amazing personal trainer! His enthusiasm and knowledge as well as his ability to motivate his clients is unmatched. I have been working with Rob for a few months and I have seen dramatic changes in my physical appearance, energy levels, strength and stamina. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for a friendly, personable, knowledgeable personal trainer.

My name is Sammy Kinlaw. I am an exec with a technology company and travel frequently. On Feb 21, 2014 I hired Rob to train me. I was already in cardio shape, but wanted to gain strength and muscle. I have a hectic life style and considering I am over 40+ I thought it was now or never to do this. I have seen incredible results in the last 4 months. I see Rob 3 times a week. He designed a program just for my needs and it has really worked. I would absolutely recommend Rob and his talent. He has done a great job for me.
