I have been a member of Fitness4Life for 2 years. Group fitness classes are always challenging without being intimidating. George provides a welcoming fun atmosphere with workouts that get results. Class is never the same twice. Could not recommend it enough!!Nov 25, 2014
I have been working with George in order to lose weight, increase flexibility, strength and stamina. I have lost about 20 pounds, a couple of inches in the waist and my blood pressure is at a point now where my physician can reduce my BP meds. George knows what he is doing and knows how to keep me motivated. Best of all he is very positive and keeps his clients positive and focused on the prize - better conditioning and better health.Nov 17, 2014
George pushes me to be the best and most physically fit person that I can be. He encourages me to complete one more rep. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't judge me if I have a bad week. You should come see George!Nov 17, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Through my organization I have to do continuing education. Also I enjoy what I do so much, I take classes and attend seminars to obtain additional knowledge - you can never know too much.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a high school football player working out came natural to me. My growth and strength was noticed by coaches and players. The questions and comments started then, and the rest is history.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?There are several. I offered a 90 Fitness Challenge and a lot of people made remarkable changes. I did a corporate fitness program for the employees of a local band and I have a client that competes as a figure model and she is on her way to becoming a professional model.
