Introduction: I am a "personal trainer." No I've never been what some may consider overweight, but I know exactly how it feels to struggle to change your body.
Whatever your goal may be, it's your "personal" struggle, and no one knows how that feels but you. I take my clients on a lifestyle journey, and I am there to uplift and encourage them. It's not 80% clean eating and 20% fitness. It's absolutely 100% mental, and I take all my clients' struggles "personally."
