My experience was not the greatest at all. I hired him to open up a wall in my home. To sum up my experience. In the beginning he came late to provide me with an estimate. We finally agreed on a price and date and due to him not having any insurance and this being his first time working with me I asked him to write up a contract so we can sign something basic and simple describing the type of work, price and liability as he was doing structural in my home and he could not start the work until he had a contract. He said he will do that and bring it when he come to start the work. He came one morning late again and try to start the work however fid
