- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are constantly researching cost and pricing analysis in our area so that we stay current and present fair pricing for the customer and our business. Communication is key and when working with clients we try to have an open door policy to discuss details and budget concerns so that both parties are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to reach out to the customer and try to set up an on-site meeting or arrange a phone call to discuss their project details. There are many variables in remodeling and construction that we like to get as many details as possible so that we can affectively present as accurate a quote as possible. We also like for customers to visit our Facebook page (@NeuseRiverConstruction) to see prior work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Construction Management Degree and over 20 years hands-on experience including new construction, demolition, remodeling, preservation and finish carpentry.
