I loved the countertops, but there were a few items I thought needed to be corrected. Lorenzo came back Monday and made corrections that we agreed upon. So I am satisfied. The workers that came were extremely hard working, they never took a break (until I insisted they sit and drink some water!) There was minor damage to the wall and they quickly offered to fix it. Lorenzo came out to give me a quote, walked me through the process, came by another day to get the countertop templates, and scheduled an installation date with me. End-to-end the process was very easy with great communication over text. I paid a small deposit via check to get the ball rolling during the template measurement phase. I speak a bit of spanish so that helped in communicating during the actual installation, but don't let that deter you. You pay the remainder of the full balance once you are satisfied at the end of the job. He does quality work at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for? My new granite countertops are now installed and I'm a happy camper!
