UPDATE 3-16-17: So, we have had our first service from Gino ( Cube Cleaning) and we are VERY IMPRESSED. He was professional, on time, stuck to his pricing, and did a FABULOUS job. The work on one of our new buildings was a little tougher than we first thought and even though I offered to pay him more, he stuck to his estimate and did a GREAT job. We are hiring him for some additional personal work and look forward to a long and happy relationship with Gino, as he will be working with us on a contract basis every quarter in our real estate development business. Take the leap-you won't be sorry you hired him. I have only just hired Gino for our commercial office building complex. He will be cleaning on a quarterly basis for our development company. I have been very impressed so far. He is very quick to respond, took time to come out and look at our job and his prices were very competitive. He has a background that lends itself to professionalism and reliability. I look forward to working with him.Mar 20, 2017Verified
Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance
They were fast and efficient. Even came hours before a tropical storm was coming. Cleaned everything after they were finished and sent me photos when the job was done. I would recommend them if you need a job done.Sep 13, 2019Verified

Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance
Eugene came out to clean my gutters even though it was raining at the beginning of hurricane Dorian. He did a great and through job. I am very pleased and his fee was reasonable. I will hire Eugene again.Sep 5, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I ask all my residential customers certain questions over the phone or though the email and then I am able to give them fair estimate, there aren't any hidden costs. On my commercial jobs I just go out to the potential job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all I let them know there are no hidden fees. I think that's very important in our day and age to put the customer at ease. My pricing is very black and white and we make our bidding process as transparent as we possibly can. Once customer received my quote he/she are very welcome to ask me any questions regarding the job. Sometimes people just texting me their address and contact number so we can schedule the job for day and time which best fits into the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My first and best ever training in window washing services I got in 2009 on the small Nantucket island in MA. Thanks to my former supervisor Paul West (president of National Window Cleaning Association). He sold his cleaning company in MA and moved to Hawaii with his big family and still running the same type of business in Hawaii.
