- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up a consult to come evaluate the job and get measurements and introduce myself. This can be done through email with pictures as well if the job is relatively straight forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of experience on a trim install crew. I also have 4.5 years of experience as a window and door service technician. During the summers when I was younger I would work with contractors and we completed a multitude of different projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working during the summers with contractors and was in the construction club in high school. I've always had a knack for building things and problem solving.
