Blue Chip Builds opened for business in April of 2020. We offer turn-key construction, specializing in Window and Doors. Aside from our premium Windows and Door installations, we offer full design build services for all of your remodeling needs. We are a licensed General Contractor with full insurance coverage. Joe Hooker, the owner of Blue Chip, started in the industry working doing residential remodeling in the Luxury Home market as a craftsman. We have a full design service offered in house and a team large enough for any project, yet small enough where you will feel well taken care of. Joe and the Blue Chip team just finished my basement renovation. They framed walls, added a door and a few egress windows, as well as plumbing and electrical. All of the craftsmen were polite, on time, and demonstrated great craftsmanship. I made the right choice choosing Blue Chip and I recommend them for any project you have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we conduct a conversation to make sure we are a good fit for your project.
Second, we conduct and in-person walkthrough to get an accurate scope of work
Third, we provide a detailed estimate via email.
Fourth, we form and sign a construction agreement, collect a deposit, and conduct any additional design services.
Lastly, we perform the construction, conduct walk-throughs, and say goodbye to our new friends and happy customers.
