Were so glad we found Joe with Blue Chip Construction to install our new windows! Joe was a referral from our window supplier, they spoke very highly of him, and he came through for us with flying colors. We had a situation where we had to create new rough openings for our new windows, versus just a simple window replacement. This involved new structural framing (headers, king studs, jack studs, cripple studs etc.) and Joe didnt miss a beat! He was cognizant of the building codes, which was reassuring, and when we encountered plumbing, electrical and HVAC lines in the way of the new openings, he reached out to his subcontractors and they had the lines rerouted the very next day. Joe handled the entire project, including drywall and painting after the windows were installed. On top of the excellent work, Joe is one of the nicest people youll meet, and we trusted him from start to finish. Were looking forward to working with Joe again in the future, and weve already recommended him to several friends.

We had an outstanding experience with Blue Chip Construction! They replaced our sliding doors with beautiful French doors and removed an old shower block window, replacing it with a functional window that opens. The craftsmanship is excellent, and every detail was handled with care and precision.Owner Joe and his craftsman Jay were an absolute pleasure to work withprofessional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every aspect of the job. Joe was easy to reach and was on-site every single day, ensuring everything ran smoothly and exactly as promised.As a thoughtful bonus, they even brought us croissants for breakfastsuch a kind and unexpected touch.
