Hired on Thumbtack

He said that he'll email me a quote of the cost to fix the wall paint. I texted him 3 days later, asking what happened to him giving me a quote. He never responded. I gave him 2 days to reply to my question, but he never did! He just wasted a week of my time! Don't ever book him!!
