My pricing depends on the size of the area, surface type, level of buildup, and access. I provide clear upfront estimates before starting. Small jobs may have a minimum trip charge of $149, and I can usually discount bundled services like driveway + patio cleaning or gutter cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a few photos or basic details so I can give a straightforward estimate. Once scheduled, I show up on time, review the work area, complete the cleaning, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes hands-on exterior work, project coordination, troubleshooting, and home maintenance. I’ve worked around roofing, siding, gutters, trim, and exterior repairs, which helps me clean safely and avoid damaging surfaces.
