Serhii was amazing. A perfectionist, for sure! I’m selling my 80s condo and moving across the country. If we hit a snag, as repairs in older homes do, he quickly found ways to overcome. He installed lighting and ceiling fans, tile backsplash, floating shelves, replaced burned laminate tile, patched and painted drywall, power washed patio, patio wall, sidewalk and windows, and juggled around others (realtor, cleaning crew, and landscapers). He worked through injury and allergies and even sped me to the airport.
