- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the order consists of many works that can be done at the same time, then of course I make a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer writes or calls me and tells me in detail about his project. If possible, I explain in as much detail as possible how to solve the problem. And I announce the estimated amount that is adjusted in the process of work (if unforeseen costs arise)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in civil engineering and over 15 years of experience in civil engineering
