Ihor quickly care of a job that totally stumped another person I hired to repair my sink. When a replacement bracket couldn’t be found, the other guy had given up, but Ihor was able to clean and safely reuse the existing bracket and get the sink back to 100%. I will absolutely look him up again for future projects.

Ihor did a fantastic job installing RO water filter and replacing a faucet. One of the washer was broken, he went out of the way to get a new one from Lowes and then install it, he had to work late in the evening for this. I’m glad to have found someone reliable, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend him

Ihor is very accommodating to our needs and requests, very fair pricing too. He even came back the following week to finish his job as we requested so that our neighbors will not hear the noise past 7pm in installing our grab bars in our 2.5 bathrooms. Responsive to messages. Ihor is THE BEST contractor/repair person/human I have ever worked with in my home. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere, Ihor is the best! Ihor is dependable, super responsive and communicative, punctual (he shows up on time!), incredibly hard working, diligent, professional, more than fairly priced, and kind.
We hired Ihor to replace the glass surround and door on our master bathroom shower following a reno by another team (who left us hanging because they didn’t have a person to do the glass part after they finished their job… and who said we were going to have to buy all new glass because the original glass wouldn’t work after their Reno). Ihor worked super hard, staying late one evening to get it mostly complete, and returning the next day to ensure we could FINALLY shower in our shower again, without further delay. I could not believe how hard he worked to get it completed for us in such a timely manner. The glass and the door look as beautiful as it did before the reno, and I’m so grateful we didn’t have to purchase new/custom glass.
Ihor is THE BEST in the business and I will be calling him first for ANY of my home needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the order consists of many works that can be done at the same time, then of course I make a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer writes or calls me and tells me in detail about his project. If possible, I explain in as much detail as possible how to solve the problem. And I announce the estimated amount that is adjusted in the process of work (if unforeseen costs arise)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in civil engineering and over 15 years of experience in civil engineering
