These guys really let us down yesterday. My fiance and I hired these guys to move us to our new house. He was scheduled to be at our house at 5:00 Saturday evening. We had already broke down our beds and boxed everything up waiting on them to be there. They didn't show up till 7:00. They started putting our furniture in the truck without pads or blankets. We stopped him and told him we really needed our furniture protected. They said they would come back tomorrow with proper equipment to move us. The next day we moved most of our stuff to the garage to make it easier for him to move us. Well he never showed up. And this was at 3:00 on Sunday. My finance and I had to rent a uhaul and move our furniture with no help. We were up will 11:00 last night moving. I'm so unhappy with these guys. Do not hire them. This was supposed to be an exciting time and our lives and it ended up a huge mess.

hey cassie this is Melvin with reliable we apologize for any inconvenience the job had before you lead us to believe they had less furniture than they did we were there all day we apologize we have pads but could not get to you i sent another moving company to you and they told you the job was UNDERBIDED they would do it 300 $ but i guess that didnt work we apologize and God bless

Our move involved loading our Uhaul Truck from our third floor apartment and then unloading it at our new first floor apartment 10 miles away. Melvin called the morning of our move to apologize that they were running late which I appreciated it reassured me that they were on their way. When the arrived they went right to work and I have never seen two people empty an apartment quicker especially with three flights of stairs and the horrendous heat we were experiencing. They were prompt to arrive at our new apartment and once again made quick work of unloading our truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an economical alternative to loading your own truck! Great job guys!!
