Brinson came out to do the evaluation for the job. he was professional and courteous and really wanted to understand what we wanted to accomplish. the carpenter rick, came out introduced himself and quickly got a great picture of how we were going to proceed with the shiplap and the beams. he was arriving on time and when he left at the end of each day had cleaned up and his work is absolutely excellent. we are thrilled with the result.

The quick care home repair team did incredible work for us! We used Zach and his team for some interior built in cabinetry, a door removal and installation and a deck and roofing extension and Daniel and his guys with Zach’s support took the best care of us and we love all of our updates!

very pleased with the work done to replace and repair our deck, add new front stairs, and perform other related tasks. Overall quality of the work was significantly higher than expected... They were prompt, courteous, and professional, and always responded in a short time frame. they sent above and beyond to complete the work, despite weather delays. Would recommend, and will likely contract them for other upcoming repair projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes. Those quotes are good for 60 days. We offer fixed labor costs for all items quoted and you'll only pay for the materials actually used in the completion of your job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule some time with you for one of our area managers to come out to give you a free quote. If you want to move forward, you can approve the quote online. We will schedule a time for the job to be completed. Upon completion we check in to make sure you are happy with the services provided and then send over a final invoice for payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pros are thoroughly vetted and have passed a background check. I only use pros whose work I can personally attest to. We currently have 5 crews that specialize in different areas. I use them for every job that makes sense and do not hire random sub-contractors to complete any work.
