Ralph was very prompt and professional , he did an incredible job replacing the door to my crawlspace. This makes the third time I've had to replace the door to my crawlspace ... previous companies replaced the door twice only to have it warp and rot from water exposure after a few years. Ralph replaced the damaged door with a beautiful, new metal door and painted it to match the frame. He did this in a very short period of time and I'm sure the work he did will last for many years to come.

Ralph was in communication since the start of my inquiry. He made two separate trips to Home Depot to gather the correct materials for an attic staircase that is over 25 years old. Good work and a nice guy. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a solid handyman 👍

Ralph came to help refinish our butcher block counter tops. He was very kind, and did complete the job, but the process was not very smooth, and we would not use him again. We communicated about the project, and he was prompt with follow up. When he arrived, it became clear that he had not looked up how to complete the project, and he did not come with the proper knowledge or tools/supplies. A quick trip to Lowe’s solved the tool problem, but there were still steps that were missed, including covering our cabinets and appliances to protect them from excessive sawdust. He had quoted $150 on Thumbtack, and ended up charging $300 with no explanation. He also damaged the paint along the edge of the countertop, assured me he would come back to fix it, and did not follow up.
