James came over to diagnose my dishwasher and then upon a repair quote, we decided it's faster to get a new dishwasher at this point. He was flexible in following me to the appliance store to pick out a new dishwasher and installed it the day of. Very easy to work with and very professional.

James was fantastic. Professional, and on time. What I really liked about contacting James was he was the one doing the service. I don’t love that my 2 year dishwasher stopped working but it took James 15 mins to figure out the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. 100% recommend him for any appliance need.

amazing! Professional, took care of my property, inside and out. I had them carry a very heavy pool table that was still in the box. It was probably about 250 pounds and it had to be brought around the back of my house.not only did they hand carry it around my house which protected my lawn, but once they were inside my house because it had rained, they made sure to cover my rugs and protect my floor, removed their shoes, etc. Highly recommend I will definitely be doing business with them again!
