At Triangle Solo Handyman, we believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our standard labor rate is $75 per hour with a two-hour minimum, which ensures that even small jobs get the dedicated attention they deserve. For urgent needs outside of regular business hours, our emergency rate is $150 per hour, also with a two-hour minimum, offering you priority service and peace of mind. If you’re a new client, make sure to ask me about the discount. My focus is on providing exceptional value through high-quality, efficient work that gets the job done right the first time, saving you time and money in the long run. We’re committed to making sure you understand the cost before we start, so you can feel confident in our service from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client is designed to be straightforward and stress-free, ensuring we’re on the same page from the very beginning. It typically starts with an initial consultation where we discuss your project in detail—what you want to get done, your budget, and your timeline. This can be a quick phone call or, for more complex jobs, a visit to your home to take a look at the space. After our discussion, I’ll put together a detailed, transparent quote that outlines the scope of work, the cost of materials and labor, and an estimated timeline for completion. Once you approve the quote, we’ll schedule the work. I’ll handle all the logistics, from purchasing the necessary supplies to keeping you updated on my progress. My goal is to make the entire process as seamless as possible, delivering quality results you’ll be happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from a blend of education, extensive hands-on experience, and continuous learning to stay current with the latest techniques and building codes. Since then, I’ve spent years working on a wide variety of projects, from residential repairs to full-scale remodels, which has given me practical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
