- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the flooring condition, quality, quantity & type of material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would explain the process to the customer. Mainly because they don’t exactly know what’s going on. I’d break down every step to them for they can know exactly what the floor needs. There are many routes a customer could take it would depend on them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained with a company ( Real floors) for a couple of years in Orlando fl.
