Jason was very responsive. He knew we had a tight budget and helped us find ways to stay within the budget. He came on time, stayed late, and got a quality job done on schedule. He replaced some of our subflooring and always asked us before making decisions about how to proceed when something out of the plans came up. He was super patient with us and did an amazing job. Clearly knows his business. I would trust him completely to do any flooring job. Our floors look AMAZING!

Jason did a great job. He was very flexible when it came to working out which elements I could do myself to save money and how to best match the floors I wasn't changing. He did a great job and I love the end result. I would definitely hire him again!

I can only choose 3 out of the 5 choices they give you...Otherwise, I would have picked all 5! I would also give 10 stars If I could. His work is amazing and it is clear that he really cares about the results. He is a Master in his craft and I am blessed (and lucky) that I chose him out of the other 2 options I had. I bought a house that needed work and it's way more work than I could have anticipated. He took a lot of that pressure off me by doing such a great job on installing 900 Sq ft of LVP and shoe moulding. It looks beautiful and it was done in a timely manner...needless to say, I will use him again in the future for other things as well. That's how impressed I am with his workmanship, professionalism and timeliness....I am NOT an easy person to work with either. My pricing is based on the flooring condition, quality, quantity & type of material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would explain the process to the customer. Mainly because they don’t exactly know what’s going on. I’d break down every step to them for they can know exactly what the floor needs. There are many routes a customer could take it would depend on them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained with a company ( Real floors) for a couple of years in Orlando fl.
