- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the amount of space your junk takes up on our truck. We determine this before we ever removing anything by providing our customers with a free up-front, all-inclusive price estimate. You only pay for the amount of space you take up on our truck. We pioneered our pricing model to fit our customers needs to ensure you only pay for what you use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free-no obligation upfront estimate in which you will simply point to all of the items that you wish to have removed. We will instantly provide you with an onsite estimate of cost. Our price quote is All-Inclusive and includes all Labor, Loading, Hauling, Sorting, Donating, Recycling and Disposal costs. Once you have the price quote, we are prepared and ready to do the job while on-site if you like. You never lift a finger, rather you simply point and watch it disappear.
