- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge by how many bedrooms and bathrooms are getting cleaned the day of the cleaning, that would also include your kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. We however, do offer a free walk through estimate to verify the price which can wither decrease or increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting face to face with our new customers and offer a free walk through of there home, we then leave a estimate paper with all our notes of their necessities and adjust it to a great price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started my own company I worked for many cleaning companies and gained so much knowledge, I also took notes and saw what customers liked and didn't like and molded it all together to have this company which fits all our customer needs as well as ours.
