We needed carpets cleaned after 4 years of living in a rental house. Thumbtack only lets you choose up to six rooms for carpet cleaning services, but we really had eight once you took into account our loft space and formal dining area/ den. Rico responded to my request immediately and was able to give me a great deal on such a large job.
He and his son arrived on time and ready to go. Work was done under the expected time and they made sure to walk me through everything to catch any stains or potential misses. They did an excellent job and are just really good people.

I had 5 rooms completed in under three hours, results were fantastic. The carpet had not been cleaned in over 5 years with dozens of stains. I learned a lot about the carpet in my new how. It’s a lot to expect with all white carpet but most of the carpet looked great. Other areas at no fault of the cleaner but rather the previous own using chemicals that locked in a chair stain did not come out. I appreciate learning what to do and not to do with carpet.
