Our carpet was filthy from an incontinent geriatric dog and then a puppy, plus young kids. Rico was punctual, took the time to explain the process, and did a fantastic job in general. I'm no longer embarrassed to have guests over!

Rico and Ed did a great job on the carpets and upholstery: from showing up early, high level of detail, and helping get rid of stains and cat fur issues. They also helped give advice on more preventive efforts for the future on upholstery or on the wall. Definitely would use again!
