Tim came and cleaned our carpet in our upstairs. He was very professional and on time. He is very easy to reach and did an outstanding job with our carpets. We have 3 dogs and a cat and you can't even tell. Our carpets look and smell so much better. We are so pleased. We will be using him again!!!
