FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are four things you need to know before you hire a contractor. 1. Are they insured? This goes without saying for any company you work with but especially with construction. 2. Do they have repeat customers? How many stories have we all heard about a friend of ours who paid up front and the contractor did not finish the job? Obviously bad contractors such as that would not have repeat customers. 3. Everyone offers free estimates so what can your contractor offer that sets them apart? In this day in age, if your not trying to offer more to your customers then your not trying hard enough and they can find someone who wants their business more. 4. Do you offer a warranty on your work? Even the best contractors started working with someone else first. On those jobs they often saw a crew cutting very important corners on various smaller projects. Maybe they even approached the boss about it but he wasn't really concerned. If a company offers a warranty that would not happen.
