- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote based on what we are painting. We break it down by individual items to ensure we are being transparent and competitive in our pricing. Seeing the pricing broken down by: Door, Trim, Window, Walls, Cabinet, Ceiling, Popcorn or Wall paper removal allows you to make decisions in your best interest as the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit our website and schedule an estimate or consult over the phone. We'll show up, take measurements and have a price ready in 15 minutes! No pressure to have you sign a proposal immediately, but when you decide to trust us for providing you a professional painting service, we will send over a contract for you to sign and schedule the service based upon timing of the signature. We will check in with you throughout the process to ensure we are meeting your satisfaction and once completed, do a walk through to ensure every square inch is to your liking.

The average amount of experience in our crew is 15 years of professional painting.
