- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, discounts are offered for military (active duty and veterans) and repreat customers. No deposit is required for projects under $2,500. For projects above this amount, a 25% deposit is required prior to start of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a discussion of the project details followed by an onsite consultation where I will assess the scope via taking measurements and counts of the areas and substrates to be painted. Note: remote consultations are offered for projects less complex and smaller in scope. A project estimate is typically provided on site after the assessment has taken place. Upon agreement with the quote, we will schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a sales and marketing background and have been in customer service for nearly 40 years. My painting staff is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of painting.
