My experience with L@M junk removal was seamless. They contacted me the morning off with an ETA which was a few minutes earlier than anticipated, were quick, and were very fair with their pricing.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill three pickup trucks • There are no flights of stairs

Needed last minute junk removal on rainy Saturday. L&M responded on the same day and came and picked up as well. They showed up at the prescribed time scheduled. I think it’s a bit on the pricey side but I’m doing a comparison to another company I used last week. However, for it being last minute and the company being responsive and available on same day on a weekend, I’m okay paying that quoted price. I would recommend this company.

I am in the middle of a move and had a years worth of junk that just sprung up over a years time. Due to the time constraint of the move, I decided to use a junk removal service to lighten the load. I started the project and within seconds, L&M responded to the project and they were very clear and concise about their services and cost. They showed up 5 minutes before the appointment date, and immediately got to work. I identified what needed to be removed and the husband/wife team got straight to work. Within 10-15 minutes, all my junk was GONE! Payment was simple and efficient for a “business on wheels” and they were very professional throughout the job. Would definitely recommend and will be using L&M to handle my junk removal services.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our prices are set by the pickup truck load, the quarter/half/ full 16ft trailer load and we offer dump trailer loads. We accept Venmo, CashApp, cash, and credit/debit cards upon completion of the removal. All labor, disposal and processing fees are included in our FINAL COST (which may differ from the initial estimate) . Keep in mind that landfill fees are based on weight and types of materials.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Text us pics of the items you want hauled away and We will text you a price for hauling the items and the prices We text you will include landfill fees and labor.
