- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair when it comes to pricing. I often run specials. I also offer amounts of or a free area of your choice to be cleaned when I receive a referral from you and the service from the referral has been completed. . I also do you charge enough that I am able to be compensated accordingly, and if I have a worker with me I want them to be compensated accordingly as well. So my prices reflects that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I go in and introduce myself. We do a walk-through throughout the home. I get an understanding of what the customer actually wants me to do. And then along the way if I see anything that I need to recommend for service or suggestions to be done, I will also recommend those things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes on and off for almost 30 years. I was also in the restaurant industry for a long time. So the cleaning experiences and the way I handle certain things has an extra added bonus to the way I clean. I and the office manager for a home healthcare agency. So dealing with the elderly, has also enhanced my ability to understand what is needed.
