I was in a bit of a pickle because the previous homeowners hadn’t removed a playset as requested. On the day of closing, I reached out, and Rojas responded within 5 minutes. They sent a team out that same afternoon, and the job was done efficiently in about 30–45 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround. They were also super accommodating when I had issues with my cell phone connection while trying to make the payment. Great service all around!
